Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a talented and experienced Node Side Coordinator to assist in directing and managing the program’s executive support group. The candidate must reference their ability and experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.

The Node Site Coordinator position requires a technically adept individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. The Node Site Coordinator ensures the seamless operation and maintenance of network nodes, supporting the mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure for the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities, manage resources, and ensure the efficient operation of node sites in alignment with DoD regulations and policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for node site activities, liaising between onsite personnel and other stakeholders to ensure mission requirements are met.
  • Manage resources, including equipment, personnel, and materials, to support DODIN missions effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to onsite personnel, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate with the DoD worldwide mission in accordance with Directive 310-55-9, ensuring mission requirements are met on-site during designated work hours and after hours as necessary.
  • Monitor the Tech Control group email box daily for receipt of DoD ASI messages, coordinate with the ASI team, and process DoD ASI requests through the DoD ASI managers.
  • Review ASI messages for customer impact, provide customer notification, and submit any required notifications to the Government using the provided tracking system.
  • Provide accountability, documentation, and resource management for all designated node resources in the Technical Control and associated facilities.
  • Facilitate the site Concurrence Letter Process between DoD leadership to ensure operational requirements are met.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience in telecommunication, network operations, or technical support roles.
  • Experience with DoD regulations, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, proficiency in managing technical resources, and a solid understanding of network infrastructure and telecommunications systems.

Education/Certifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field is (preferred).
  • DoD 8570 Compliance (required).
  • CompTIA Network+ (preferred).
